Peter Gunzburg
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Gunzburg has over 20 years experience as a stockbroker. He has a Commerce Degree from University of Western Australia and has previously been a director of Resolute Limited, ASX Limited, Eyres Reed Limited and CIBC World Markets Australia Limited. He is also Chairman of Fleetwood Corporation Limited and PieNetworks Limited and Non-Executive Director of both Strike Oil Limited and Matra Petroleum PLC.

As Executive Chairman, Mr Gunzburg is responsible for leadership of the Board, the efficient organisation and conduct of the Board's function and for the briefing of all directors in relation to issues arising at Board Meetings. He is also responsible for shareholder communication and Board performance evaluation.

Neil MacLachlan
Non-Executive Director
Mr MacLachlan has over 28 years investment banking experience in Europe, South East Asia and Australia and is a former director of Wardley Holdings and James Capel & Co Limited, investment banking subsidiaries of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. He currently holds directorships with the following companies: Ambrian Partners, a London based investment bank focussed on natural resources; Samson Oil & Gas Limited; Extract Resources Ltd; and Cambridge Mineral Resources Ltd.

Brett Montgomery
Non-Executive Director
Mr Montgomery has been a director of the Company since 1989 and has over 25 years experience in the gold mining industry and management of public companies. He is not currently a director of any other public company nor has he been of any other ASX listed company in the last 3 years.

The Board is collectively responsible for the promotion and success of the Company. Being Independent Directors, Mr MacLachlan & Mr Montgomery, together with the Chairman, are responsible for reviewing and challenging executive performance and contributing to the development of strategy.

Pauline Collinson
Ms Collinson has been with the Company for 15 years, has held an executive position for 6 years and has 25 years experience in the mining industry. She is also the Company Secretary of ASX Listed Dragon Mining Limited.
